Talent Management Platform

Led the charge in overhauling the visual implementation of an enterprise talent management product suite, built on React with a Python, Flask, and Jinja back end. The work spanned the full product surface — modernizing layouts, components, and interaction patterns across every module — and culminated in a flexible but predictable theming system that lets customers apply their own design language on top of the product without forking the underlying UI. Partnered closely with design, product, and platform engineering to roll the system out incrementally so customer-facing experiences kept evolving without disruption.
